Nine Elms Arts Ministry is delighted to collaborate with Porsche to present Creative Soul NOW – a collection of contemporary art and fashion by female artists being presented in the PORSCHE NOW Pop-Up Space at Battersea Power Station.
The collection celebrates the creativity, vibrancy and fun of Battersea and Nine Elms, its iconic landscape, and the diversity of its creative community - showcasing just some of the amazing artists we work with.

Much of Nine Elms Arts Ministry’s work focuses on nurturing wellbeing through creativity – allowing us to pause and let our creative souls blossom, as we embrace the ‘now’.
We hope that this collection will inspire you to take a moment, in the midst of your busyness, to pause, enjoy the art, and consider your place in creation and how you might nurture your own creative soul.

Artists in the Collection:
Anna’s work is featured in and around the Battersea Power Station, within the History Trail metal etched plaques, and her illustrations formed part of the Power of Place exhibition. Her personal series of work, “Love River Swims” are, on the surface, portraits of a woman swimming, reminiscent of the French Riviera both in content and artistic style. They are rhythmic and bold. On a deeper level they are a metaphor for the generations of love passed down from ancestors and flowing through how to live a life centred in love. Coming from New Zealand Anna quickly became known as the ‘colourful funky creative’. Her NZ style is vibrant, modern, and bold and sets her apart from her contemporaries. Working within the Brand and Advertising industry, Anna has recently been running many Branding DNA and Fine Art Wellbeing workshops in Battersea.

Papercutting is a unique art process. Chloe specialised in papercutting at the University of Edinburgh during her 5 Year Masters programme in Fine Art and History of Art. After Chloe graduated, she studied at the Royal Drawing School where she focused on drawing from observation. Chloe set up Chloe Campbell Art to create papercuts of architecture. Her portfolio includes commissions for the National Trust, St Paul’s Cathedral and City of London Corporation. Her recent exhibition showcased her playing cards and papercuts of the 52 churches in the City of London built by the office of Sir Christopher Wren. She has also run workshops for London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE and Pollock’s Toy Museum. Chloe has lived close to Nine Elms in Pimlico and created papercuts of Albert Bridge, Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Power Station.

Felicity is a Battersea-based visual artist specialising in painting in watercolours, acrylic and oils, as well as drawing, mixed media, collage and crafts. Felicity embraces local scenes through colour and design of the composition and takes you on a journey of her travels. Her overseas work placements have all enriched her portfolio. Felicity believes that everyone is creative and able to produce artworks. Her teaching style helps people gain confidence and enjoyment from their own artwork. She holds a PGCE teaching certificate in Secondary Art and since Covid-19 has been specialising in running a wide range of art workshops in the local area, from youth and children’s projects to art empowerment for vulnerable women. Felicity also organises exhibitions solo, community and group shows, and her large murals can be seen around Battersea and Nine Elms.

Laura (Gooseglitters) is a Battersea based analogue collage artist from the Netherlands, who transforms discarded papers into striking new works of art. Passionate about saving these old books & magazines from landfill, her hand cut recycled collages are colourful, fun and bring you nostalgia in a modern way. Besides focussing on her own work Laura hosts popular workshops all over London, inspiring her audience to explore their creativity, reimagine waste materials and enjoy the mindful benefits of vintage collage. Laura’s work has been sold at such iconic stores as Selfridges, as well as seen on a much larger scale, in the giant 23m collage artwork she was commissioned to create by Dominus Group (which can be seen next to the US Embassy in Nine Elms).

Nirali, an emerging artist, made the bold leap from an 11-year corporate career to pursue her artistic passion, seeking personal growth beyond the confines of the corporate world. Her art, a vibrant blend of colour and culture, inspires meaningful conversations and connections. Fearlessly experimenting with diverse mediums, she creates wearable art, jewellery, resin mirrors, and murals, constantly evolving her techniques. Central to her work are themes of identity and heritage, as she endeavours to understand her roots as a first-generation immigrant from India and Africa. Growing up in South London, Nirali is committed to ensuring her art remains accessible to the local community, adding a contemporary touch of colour, playfulness, and cultural identity to the vibrant and diverse neighbourhood.

Jheni is an educational developer in academic enhancement and a visual artist. Her painting practice is informed by abstraction, geometrics, chromatics (the dynamics of colour) and semiotics (the theory of signs). She uses prayer as a key element in the process of her artistic and research practices. She initiated and co-curated a recent group exhibition in London; 'Encoding, Decoding', to commemorate 75 years of the Windrush Generation. She has a BA Hons and MA in Fine Art, both from Chelsea College of Arts, UAL.' Jheni is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy/Advanced Higher Education. She has a passion for teaching, learning and using the arts as a tool for deep thinking, crispy-criticality, innovation, creativity and wellbeing.
