BROKENNESS TO BEAUTY: THE JAPANESE ART OF KINTSUGI
Back by popular demand - our April (and Easter) FREE Creative Soul Café is ‘Brokenness to Beauty’ – a chance to discover the Japanese art of restoring broken ceramics with beautiful gold inlay – showing that beauty and strength can emerge from what is broken.
Elaine will lead you through the inspiring and reflective process – and you will leave with both a beautiful and unique ceramic kintsugi bowl - and hopefully inspired to look at how you can use the principles and practice of Kintsugi in many different ways.
Creative Soul Cafes are all about finding space to reflect, nurturing your wellbeing and getting to know your neighbours.
Join us on Saturday 12th April for this free workshop in the relaxed setting of The Alchemist, 1 Ponton Rd, Embassy Gardens, SW11 7BD
We expect this workshop to be oversubscribed so book quickly – only 15 places.

We are delighted to be giving more residents a chance to experience this beautiful, and incredibly popular, workshop.
A fantastic opportunity to be introduced to the fundamentals of mosaic art - creating your own unique piece to take home. The workshop will also encourage you to reflect on the things that nurture wellbeing for you and reflect these in your piece.
You will be inspired to explore your creativity in a relaxed learning environment in the beautiful setting of the Alchemist Bar.

We are pleased to be collaborating once again with locally based mosaic experts Arts4Space who have 20 years’ experience in this beautiful art-form.
